John G. Miller was born and raised in Scarsdale, New York. He is a graduate of Skidmore College where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Affairs. Attorney Miller earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. Attorney Miller’s interest in government led him to study the European Union at the University of Freiberg in Germany. Additionally, he has studied International and Comparative Law at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. Attorney Miller was admitted to the Connecticut state bar in 2003 and the New York state bar in 2004.
Attorney Miller practices in diverse areas of litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, premises and municipal liability matters.
Prior to joining Howard, Kohn, Sprague and FitzGerald, Attorney Miller practiced throughout the states of New York and Connecticut. He has lectured high school students on constitutional law, mass torts and pursuing legal careers.
Attorney Miller lives in Windsor with his wife Rebecca, a high school science teacher.
